Proposed rule changes can be submitted to the Commissioner through June 1, 2013. The Board of Directors of Dixie Boys Baseball, Inc. will meet and review all submissions. If a rule is approved by the Board, the change would be effective for the 2014-15 seasons. If you have any questions, contact the Commissioner!
