2012-13 DBB PITCH COUNT LOG

Dixie Boys Baseball, Inc. developed a pitch count log for the purpose of assisting leagues with maintaining an accurate accounting of total pitches thrown. The form should be used to insure that all pitchers comply with Rule 8:00 for both league and tournament play.
